Well behaved, leashed dogs are always welcome at Bravery. You may even meet our brew dog, Watson during a tasting room visit.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food in. We cannot refrigerate or heat any food items for customers.

Yes, we have fountain sodas, sparkling water, kombucha, coffee, tea, energy drinks, juice & more.

We make and ferment our pizza dough from scratch, hand-mill our own sauce, pickle our own toppings, and slice everything fresh all while using only the highest quality ingredients. We have farm-to-Bravery charcuterie boxes, we get cheese & meats direct from local farmers (West Coast – California to Oregon). We also offer house-made fresh salads, nuts & chips. We have 4 wines on tap – offering a wine flight as well as wine by the glass. We carry sparkling wines for your celebratory needs, as well as wine from every winery local to the Antelope Valley. Every month we choose a local non-profit that we donate $1 for each pizza sold. At Bravery Brewing we value community connection, whether through volunteering, donation or creating an environment conducive to learning. Our goal is to give back in whichever way possible while educating our patrons and of course, having fun. Learn more here!

Watson is our beloved rescue basset hound, his parents are co-owners Brian & Kara Avery. He gets lonely at home and loves mingling with customers, so he’s often strolling around the brewery looking for pets & belly rubs and introducing himself. He is very friendly, but please don’t ever feed him. Watson is rescued from our local Daphneyland in Acton – one of our beneficiaries to the Pizza with a Purpose program.

The star of Full Metal Jacket, a beloved friend and true community-focused veteran, R Lee Ermey is a founding owner of Bravery Brewing.

For all reservations, we do encourage you to pre-order your pizzas, but this is not required. It helps ensure your party is able to receive all their food at a specified time. You’re welcome to pre-order via email: kara@braverybrewing.com or by calling the tasting room at 661-951-4677 during open hours. Any bartender will be able to assist in taking your pre-order.

We do not have cake-serving utensils, or any food-serving utensils. You are welcome to bring your own cake, knife, and server. Our kitchen is not able to cut your cake for you. We can provide plates & plastic cutlery – forks, knives, and spoons.

Reservations are never required at Bravery Brewing. We have about 25 indoor tables, Bar seating, 18 tables out front, and 15 tables on our back patio, if you choose not to move forward with a paid reservation. If you choose not to make a reservation & plan to come in with a large party – we always appreciate advanced notice! We will have plenty of bartenders staffed regardless, so your guests won’t have a long wait time for food/drinks.

A 30-minute steup period is included in all reservations. Following the event all personal property is to be removed. Decorations are allowed but can not tamper with the property. No confetti or glitter is allowed at Bravery Brewing.

Due to our music licensing we cannot have personal music of any kind played on Bravery Brewing property, as we will be fined. Dj’s, personal speakers, etc. are not permitted. We are happy to put a station on our Spotify for business- we’ve had many reunions request a specific year, weddings request a specific genre, etc. Let our bartenders know and we will make it happen!
